Last week we had AB's friend, Evan, and his parents over for dinner. His mom is like the one Asian woman I know who is taller than me. They are really great people; we enjoy spending time with them.
Since she has never had to share before, AB struggled to share her toys with Evan. A couple times they took things from each other. I thought it was really funny, but the parent in me had to hold in my laughter (sort of), and say, "we need to share." I am such a mom now. So long to the days of being a cool, or at least as cool as I was capable of being, 20-something. Hello mommy years. If I start to wear mom jeans and get more of a mom haircut than I have now, will someone please tell me?
