Recently a group of friends came from the U.S. to visit our city. A local friend of ours really wanted to show them the countryside and arranged for a van to give them a little tour. People drive recklessly in the countryside, so KB decided that he should wear a seat belt. He was very excited to see that it had not been removed from the van, but when he pulled it out a puff of dust came with it. Then when he unbuckled it, this is what was left on his shirt. Clearly it has either never been used, or it has been YEARS since it has.
