KB did so well. He never left LB's side. LB had significant back labor, and unfortunately the anesthesiologist kept being called away into emergency surgery and not to numb LB. It was brutal, but she survived. Once the anesthesiologist arrived he let KB watch the epidural catheter be inserted. Although he did not like seeing something being stuck into his wife's spine, he was really intrigued by the whole thing. These photos are from "before the epidural."

Gigi looks really good! This being the first time she has been overseas, she has been really brave and adventurous. She has made this whole experience a lot easier on us.
