Folks in this country get their water primarily one of two ways - have it delivered or have purfication system installed. Most go for the first option since day to day it is cheaper, but in the long run it is more expensive and less convinent. Until recently we had our water delivered. However thanks to generosity my brother-in-law's parents, Joe and Virginia, we have a wonderful purfication installed and is working beautifully! Thanks so much!
I am not sure how but the black bag and the clear plastic bag apparently serve some sort of purpose. I am not sure what, but we are not moving them just to be safe.
