You cannot see it well, but there is a tree limb actually stuck down in a man hole in the middle of an intersection. Sometimes big trucks drive over the the manholes, smashing the cement cover. Rather than put up a sign, they just stick a huge limb in it so that cars will know not to drive over it. It is quite functional and they are all over the place. It will stay like this for weeks or months. For some reason they are never in a hurry to fix these problems.
