Onredeemable vs. Recycle

I think "onredeemable" is supposed to be "unredeemable," but even then it somehow just does not sound right.

Washing Instructions

These were the laundering instructions on a rug we bought.  I am still not sure what "Ask usage neuter gender to wash" means.  My best bet is maybe they are saying that women should wash it and not men?  Sexist rug.  

I Feel So Safe

This "Firehyd Rant" was at the airport in a major city.  I am so glad that I am flying internationally from an airport that takes the time to look up how to correctly spell English words...especially since the there are flights from English speaking countries into this airport.  I wonder if they actually understand the pilot when he is asking for permission to land.  Oh goodness, I am afraid now.

One way street. What one way street? Also notice that his is carting around sheet metal while staring at us staring at him.  

Tea

We are not sure what type of tea it is or what it tastes like, but we are pretty sure it is supposed to make you more beautiful and do something good for your lungs. However it does say "warning." Oh dear, maybe it does just the opposite.  Just to be safe I am glad I did not get the "Tea beauty lungsWarning" to drink.

Pothole Anyone?

These are two very nasty potholes in the middle of the sidewalk. If you were to fall in, you would want to burn your clothes and shave your head because raw sewage is what greets you at the bottom. You will notice there is no barrier to prevent someone from accidently falling in. It also looks like people have been relieving themselves and missing hole.  By they way, this is a very educated guess because we have witnessed it with other open pot holes. Nasty!

This is not a modern city

We live in a city of 12 million people, and this is the choice mode of transporting large metal pipes around the city. I guess when there are a lot of people, and donkeys, labor is cheap and if they are willing why rent a truck?

Our computer has crashed...again.

Friends and family,

Yesterday our computer crashed...again. This is the second time our Mac has crashed and this time it does not appear we'll be able to revive it. Therefore it seems we will not be able to update our blog with pics of the family anytime soon.

Before the crash we had already set the blog to automatically update some random pictures from around the city. Unfortunately LB has not had time to add captions to those pictures so when they are posted they will be pictures without explanations.

Please remember us in this situation. We will have to buy a new computer and have someone bring it to us. We are not worried about it because we know everything will work out. It will probably be the hardest for AB's grandparents since they will not get to Skype and see their beautiful red haired blue eyed grandbaby anymore!
