AB's Lolly leaves in a few days so they are getting in all the loving that they can.

Bumbo

One of the other large items that Lolly brought AB was a Bumbo. AB is usually able to support her head on her own, but ever once in a while she looses her strength and her head bobs forward or backwards. So, for now her mommy keeps her hand behind AB's head just in case. AB loves her Bumbo. This photo was taken a couple weeks ago on a very warm day.

AB's Garden

We live on the 4th (that would be the 5th floor in the U.S.) of an all cement and glass apartment building. There are hardly any trees outside and the grass is mostly dead. Therefore Kevin has been buying plants whenever he sees them so that he can give AB a little garden. The blue tub behind AB is what we bathe Toby in and the red tub used to be LB's bath tub and is now apparently where KB keeps his dirt.

Also, AB has taken up sucking on her hand. I am afraid this will lead to a thumb sucking habit like her mommy had for about 4 years of her life.

Date Night

We finally did it! KB was able to pry LB away from AB for a few hours so that they could take advantage of Lolly being here and go on a date without the baby. LB lost all of the baby weight before returning from Thailand, and recently she has been having hard time consuming enough calories to have a sufficient supply of breast milk for AB (If you saw our average food options here you would understand - she had the same problem when it came to gaining weight while pregnant). So, to top her very un-delicious waffle she poured sweetened condensed milk all over it. I guess it is the next best thing when syrup is not available. She also drank a very non low calorie pearl milk tea to wash all the fat down. We are just hoping that she does not drop from the influx of fat when her cholesterol is already as bad as a 1000 pound 70 year old man. It seriously may be the worst cholesterol you have ever heard of in a living person.

After her bath AB hung out with her daddy for a bit. Please excuse the lovely chest hair : )

Bath

We finally found AB an infant bathtub. She was a little shocked to be put in it the first time, but as long as we have the water warm enough for her she seems to enjoy it.

Exercise Time

AB is doing her daily tummy time while she catches some rays in her mommy and daddy's bedroom.

Now she is working on her sitting skills.

Sitting takes a lot of concentration.

Black and White

AB always turns her Tummy Time into "laying my head on the Boppy" time.

Of all the things we have for her to stare at, the windows, lamps and these pillows are her favorite. I guess what all I have read about babies preferring the contrast of black and white is true. She manages to find these pillows whenever she is in the living room.

She is Growing

I decided to see if she still fit into her beautiful baby dedication dress. She does still fit in it but wow she has grown! Look at the next photo of her when she was less than 2 weeks old compared to 2 months and 2 weeks.

Lay and Play

Lolly brought AB a Lay and Play and AB really loves it. In fact we have to limit her time laying and playing because it stimulates her little mind too much and she won't take a nap.

We had a warm day this week and AB got to wear some of her summer clothes.

Then it was back to sweaters.

This is the day after Lolly arrived in our city. We are eating at the nicest restaurant in town PIZZA HUT! Who knew that we would have to leave the US to have a "fine dining" experience at Pizza Hut?
